Hanseletti

Atelier — Marques de la Maison

What is hidden,
is signed.

Every Hanseletti piece carries three small marks invisible to the wearer's eye. They are our quiet promise — engraved, struck, and recorded, before the stone is ever set.

I. L'inscription

The interior engraving

Inside the band, struck before polishing, our marker engraves three lines of fine serif italic capitals: the maison's name, the year of completion in Roman numerals, and the unique archive number assigned to the piece.

It cannot be erased without compromising the metal. It is not meant to be seen — only known.

II. Le poinçon

The platinum hallmark

Beside the engraving sits the legal struck hallmark — PT950 — certifying 950 parts per thousand fine platinum, the rarest of the noble metals and the maison's standard for diamond settings.

Adjacent, our maker's cartouche — a small shield bearing the letter H — is struck by hand by the bench master who completes the piece. A single Hanseletti craftsman's mark per ring, never two.

II.b · Le poinçon d'or

The gold hallmark

Gold has always been the metal of vows.

For the Soleil bridal set, we depart from our platinum tradition — not as an exception, but as a declaration. The fire of a vivid canary diamond demands a setting that answers it. Platinum is cool, precise, architectural. Gold is warm, living, eternal. For a ring worn every day of a life together, we chose the metal that breathes with it.

Each band is cast in 18k yellow gold — 750 parts per thousand fine gold, the highest standard for jewellery intended to be worn, not kept. Inside every band, struck before polishing, sits the legal hallmark AU750 and the archive number assigned to that piece alone. It cannot be removed without compromising the metal. It was never meant to be seen by anyone but the one who wears it.

III. Le mécanisme Soleil

Two rings, one band.

The Soleil d'Or engagement ring and its Soleil · Alliance eternity band are conceived as a single object in two halves, cast in 18k yellow gold to honor the fire of the canary diamonds. A precision-milled tongue on the alliance slides into a receiving channel beneath the engagement ring's shank, where it seats with a soft click and locks flush. Worn together, the seam vanishes — they appear as one continuous canary rivière crowned by the seven-carat pear.
